Machine and Application
Disposable 3-ply underpad product composed of three layers of
non-woven, fluff pulp core and bottom film. Disposable 3-ply
underpad machine is made up of absorbent core making system, final
product making systems, drive systems, conveyor systems, electrical
control systems, self-checking systems and auxiliary system.
During operation, Man-machine dialogue realized by PLC and
man-machine interface. The touch screen can be a timely operation,
display and check or modify the point of failure data. To manual or
auto control the spray glue, change material, cutter roller,
unwinding, reject, material broken detection, material loss
detection, counting.
Disposable 3-ply underpad product can be produced by the machine.
