TWGD3300 double shaft extruding mixer is a new product developed by our company on the basis of absorbing the advanced experience of similar products abroad, and it occupies a leading position among similar products in China. This machine is a raw material processing equipment, suitable for sintered brick production lines fired with clay, shale, coal gangue and sludge as the main raw materials. It is mainly used for stirring, extrusion and kneading of mixed materials and water to improve the plasticity and forming ability of raw materials. Working principle and structural characteristics

The power drives the two shafts of the mixer to rotate in opposite directions through the reducer and the gear pair of the gearbox. The two shafts are respectively equipped with stirring knives with opposite directions. The stirring knife makes the material toss, shear and convection; at the same time, the water spray system sprays mist water to the material, and mixes it with it. With the rotation of the stirring shaft, the stirring blade continuously stirs, mixes and homogenizes the raw materials, and continuously pushes the raw materials to the feeding port of the sealing cylinder.After the raw material enters the sealed cylinder, its density increases continuously due to the influence of the volume compression of the compressor head. During this process, the kneading effect between the mud materials further improves the homogenization effect on raw materials of different properties. Under the action of the extrusion reamer, the mud materials are forced and continuously squeezed from the discharge port of the compressor head. There is a pair of relatively rotating mud scrapers at the discharge port, so as to cut the continuously extruded mud ring into uniform pieces and fall into the next production process.
