Inspection principle

This system is used for the parallelism detection of the pen , so as to facilitate the processing of defective products by the equipment.

KEYE TECH's signature pen parallelism detection based on machine vision image processing technology has the characteristics of high precision, high speed and multi-sample. The main modules of the system are: trigger module and guide module. According to the user's needs, detect the levelness and verticality of the pen and the fixture, and then need double-station detection to complete the detection requirements, move the sample to the detection position, trigger the camera and output the detection signal to the vision system in time, so as to complete the detection function .

In order to meet the high-precision detection requirements, it is first necessary to improve the positional accuracy of hand-placed items, and the effect is accurate and stable position. Trigger system, due to the manual feeding method, when the sample is placed in this position, the camera is triggered, and after the visual system software analysis, if it is an OK product, the interface will display 0K, if it is an NG product, the interface will display NG, NG Buzzer alarm.

Inspection details

• Design scheme of the visual inspection system for measuring the parallelism of the signature pen. The visual inspection system mainly includes: camera, lens, light source and image processing software. After the light source illuminates the sample that reaches the detection position, the imaging system composed of the camera and the lens captures it.
• When the camera receives the trigger signal, the imaging system takes pictures of the sample and transmits the image to the image processing system for identification, judges whether the sample is qualified or not, and outputs the corresponding OK/NG signal for subsequent processing by the equipment.
