The rolling bar, cross beam, transmission shaft, sprocket and all parts connected with fruits of the fruit sorter are made of high-quality stainless steel. It can process various round or oval fruits, including apples, oranges, peaches, apricots, lemons, mangoes, pomegranates, etc. The fruit sorter is equipped with speed regulating device. The ground type oil conduit ensures the hygienic conditions for fruit sorting.

When the fruits are conveyed to the fruit sorter, they begin to roll and move forward under the rotation of the rolling bar. At the same time, the staff stood aside to check each side of the fruit and pick out the defective fruit. Then, the qualified pomegranates will be transferred to the fruit washing machine.

In the process of picking and transportation, pomegranates are inevitably stained with dust, dirt or pesticides. They need to be thoroughly cleaned with special fruit cleaning equipment, otherwise impurities may contaminate the seeds in the following process.

Fruit brush spray cleaning machine is used to remove impurities and pesticides on fruits. The high-speed rolling elastic brush can loosen the dirt, and the high-pressure spray can clean it. The water tank, frame and shield are made of 2mm stainless steel plate, and the transmission shaft and gear slot are made of 1Cr13 stainless steel. It is equipped with a water pump that can automatically deliver water to the water tank, and a filter screen that can separate stains.
