The equipment is suitable for crushed of clay, shale, coal gangue and other raw materials. It mixture the crushed raw material with water to get uniform wet mud, and then provide plastic raw materials for brick making.

The equipment uses the synchronous rotation of two symmetrical spiral shafts to add water and mix the material while conveying, so that the material is evenly mixed.

Key Parts

Blade

The blade is made of wear-resisting material casting, and the surface is sprayed with wear-resisting alloy material. The service life is 3-5 times longer than normal.

Sealing

The gear and bearing of the equipment are all sealed with palace type, which can prevent the dust enter into gear box and increase the service life.

Mixing shaft

Adopt clamp-shell coupling, easy to disassemble and assemble. The mixing shaft is made of 40 material and the hardness is hb180-230. The original strength of the shaft is preserved by the way of inlaid sleeve without drilling holes. Meanwhile, the shaft sleeve can protect the shaft and make it not easy to break.
