Wet Pan Mill
Wet pan mill is a new product developed by our company on the basis
of absorbing the advanced experience of similar products abroad,
and it occupies a leading position among similar products in China.
The machine is reasonable in structure, stable in operation, low in
failure rate, and easy to use and maintain. It is mainly used for
raw material treatment in the production process of sintered bricks
with coal gangue, fly ash, shale, clay and sludge as the main raw
materials. It has the functions of crushing, grinding, kneading and
mixing. After the raw materials are milled and processed by this
machine, the comprehensive technological properties of the raw
materials can be significantly improved, and higher quality
sintered products can be produced.
Key Parts
Sieve plate
Raw material for the sieve plate is high manganese steel, module
designing, anti-wearing and also can be removed with new spare
easily.
Mill
The roller adopts a structure that the roller skin is separated
from the hub, which is connected as a whole by a wedge-shape key;
it is convenient to replace the skin when needs.
Roller skin
Thickness of the roller skin is 150 mm, made of
high-manganese-chromium alloy steel, which is high-strength and
wear-resistance
Pan
It is the lattice structure which welded by steel wool, which is
stronger and could bear huge impact compaction.
Structure support
There is polyurethane shock-absorbing pad between the platform and
reducer, which is used to absorb the impact force and vibration of
the equipment during operation.
Note: Structure supporting and maintenance platform are optional
and
customers can weld in the local.
Main shaft
The main shaft is made of alloy steel forgings, and has been heat
treated, which has high strength;
Fatigue resistance and can bear large radial eccentric forces.
Motor&reducer
A torque-limited and hydraulic coupling is used for power
transmission between the main engine motor and the input shaft of
the reducer, which effectively protect the reducer and the motor
from the impact on the mechanical parts when working at full load;
the main reducer is equipped with a forced lubrication system and
cooling fan.
