absorbent core making system, final product making systems, product
folding systems, straight packing making system, drive systems,
conveyor systems, electrical control systems, self-checking systems
and auxiliary system.
During operation, Man-machine dialogue realized by PLC and
man-machine interface. The touch screen can be a timely operation,
display and check or modify the point of failure data. To manual or
auto control the spray glue, change material, cutter roller,
unwinding, reject, material broken detection, material loss
detection, counting.
Disposable Straight packing Sanitary Napkin product can be produced
by the machine. The product adopts pulp core or ultra-thin core
structure, and the single packing straight packing, which is
convenient to open the product. Because of its regular packaging,
it is more convenient to carry. According to different product
lengths, it is suitable for daily or night use of feminine during
menstruation.
