Fulund rubber belt vulcanization is a process from raw rubber to
cooked rubber, in which pressure, temperature, and vulcanization
time need to be controlled. The vulcanizing machine satisfies this
process, the frame and the hydraulic plate provide pressure, and
the electric control box and the heating plate provide the
temperature and control the vulcanization time. - - Generally, the
vulcanization temperature of domestic ordinary rubber belts is 145
degrees, the vulcanization pressure does not exceed 1.5mpa, and the
vulcanization time varies from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the
tape.
