Description

The battery internal resistance tester is a special instrument used
to measure the internal resistance of the battery and the degree of
damage of the battery's acidified film. The instrument applies a
1KHz AC signal to the measured object (passive object, active
object), obtains the internal resistance by measuring its AC
voltage drop, and judges whether the cell and battery are normal or
not by the value of the internal resistance.

performance.
Scope of application
1. Nickel cadmium, nickel metal hydride batteries (packs), lithium
batteries, and polymer batteries used in mobile phones;
2. Lead-acid batteries and maintenance-free batteries;
3. It can also be applied to scientific research units and
manufacturers of various battery research and tests.
Function
1. The internal resistance and voltage parameters of the measured
object can be displayed digitally at the same time. (Test lead and
test stand can be used)
2. There are intelligent alarm test or common test mode selection.
(The ordinary test only displays the voltage and internal
resistance parameters, and the intelligent alarm test can
automatically judge whether any parameter of the tested object is
qualified or not, and at the same time give a sound and light
prompt, which can realize the test without manual judgment.)
3. Digital display upper and lower limit parameters, intuitive and
clear.

Our project
India project
This project is localed in Inda, Gurgaon. The client was founded in
1994, have more than 400 staffs and 10000+ square factory.
They bought 2 full of battery pack assembly line from us, includes
sorting machine, welding machine, sticking machine, charge and
discharge machine…
We have sent 3 engineers to client site for machine installation
and training in year of 2019. The training taked about one week.
After the training, the client engineers are learned how to
operation the machines in a smooth and high efficiency way. They
made high-quality products by our machines.
We had a nice journey in India.
