A: Pls advise what your product is( It would be better if you could
provide the image or video), the unit packing weight, the bag shape
and size( width + length) and other requirements. We will match the
suitable machine for you .
Q4: How can you guarantee the machine quality?
A: We will list all the machine configuration ( components brand,
material, specifications etc.) while doing the quotation. Before
delivery, we will send you the pictures and video for you to check,
or you can arrange a person to check it.
Q5:Can you explain the whole transaction process?
A: 1.Inquiry and communiate to comfirm the details and
requirements.
2. Sign the contract.
3. Arrange 30% deposit to our company.
4. Factory arrange production.
5. Testing and detecting the machine.
6. Inspected by the customer.
7. Arrange the balance payment before shipment.
Q6: Is the engineer available to serve overseas?
A: Yes, but you need to pay the trip expense.
