Sdong sport self-developed Si-PU has become the classic benchmark

Si-PU is a kind of healthy professional elastic synthetic court
surface layer material system. The system is ergonomic and meets
the needs of physical performance of sports, and can be directly
constructed on cement or asphalt foundation, with hard surface and
elastic bottom structure.
The Synthetic Court System Developed by Sdong sport
On the premise of ensuring the professional performance of the
stadium, the construction process is reduced to meet the faster
construction .The synthetic semi-prefabricated si-pu ball court was
successfully developed by Sdong. The surface layer is made of
solvent-free water based acrylic ,and the bottom is made of
prefabricated micro-formed PU cushion roll.

About EPDM material:
EPDM synthetic rubber vulcanization of the further strengthen of
the materials of polymer, the good performance for Aging
resistance, weather resistance, electrical insulation, corrosion
resistance, impact resistance etc. Natural rubber has excellent
properties of high elastic insulation, waterproof, low specific
gravity, after appropriate treatment with alkali, heat, cold,
pressure. Full solid be consistent from beginning to end, and has
maximum compression deformation. Its advanced partition design
maximizes absorption and recovery of energy.
