Oil Pumping Sucker Rod Pump description

RHBM/AC rod inserted pump is equipped with a cup seating nipple N11, cup seating nipple N11 connection on the tubing string, down to the bottom of the well with the tubing string.

Plunger assembly connection on the sucker rod string and with the pump overall down to cup seating nipple N11 position together , pump with fixed inside the cup seating nipple N11, Plunger assembly with the sucker rod string up and down reciprocating movement to achieve pumping work.

Some features of our rod inserted pump:

1.The inner surface of the pump barrel is processed with carbonization quench and chrome plating technology

2. The plunger surface is processed with thermal metal spraying technology

3. The pump meets the requirement of long stroke, high speed and deep producing

4. It has the advantages of high pumping efficiency, large displacement, wear and corrosion resistance, long operation and easy repairing.

5. It accords with API SPEC 11AX standard, and has the certificate of authority to use the official API monogram.
