Introduction of Rock wool board :
Rock wool board is a thermal insulation product for high
temperatures surfaces of upto 1000 degrees Celsius. It is also the
best material for soundproofing in partitions blocking any outgoing
or incoming noise completely.

Advantage of Rock wool board :
1. Excellent fire performance: raw materials of rock wool sandwich
board, production technology and formula make it be of good
fireproof performance. Tests show that it is of fire resistance of
more than 1000°C. It has been tested by GLOROANO S.P.A, an Italian
testing institution, according to the standards of international
organization for standardization (ISO), British BS and German DIN,
rock wool sandwich board meets the requirements of fire protection
standards m.is.14/09/61 letter 91 and d.m.30/11/83.
The test results are as follows:
(1) 50mm thick rock wool sandwich board RE130 80mm thick rock wool
sandwich board REL60 100mm thick rock wool sandwich board REL 120.
(2) Good thermal insulation: the thermal insulation performance of
rock wool sandwich board is based on the thermal conductivity of
rock wool = 0.043w /m2K, and the thickness of the corresponding
proportion of rock wool core material is calculated.
(3) Sound absorption and heat insulation effect is significant.
2. Sound Insulation:
Rock wool sandwich plate has a significant reduction effect on
noise transmission, especially for the designated flight through
the place. In addition, after the use of rock wool roof board,
rain, hail on the building roof steel plate impact and cause indoor
sound, also significantly weakened. According to ISO 717/82 and UNI
8270/7 standards, the selected density was 120kg/m3. The sound
insulation effect of core material sandwich board for rock wool can
reach RW= 29-30db
3. Sound-Absorbing:
Rock wool sandwich board also has the attraction effect, it can
absorb the sound in a wide range of frequencies. According to ISO
35/85 standard, rock wool sandwich board sound-absorbing
performance level reaches DELTA LA= 15.7db (A).
