Single Axis Slewing Drive Description
There are many names for slewing drive, and there is no unified
name at present, if they are called: slewing gear device, slewing
drive, slewing reducer, slewing drive unit, etc. The device is
composed of worm, gear, housing, motor and other components. The
slewing drive can be basically divided into a single worm drive,
and a double worm drive slewing drive. It is based on a slewing
bearing, has a strong overturning moment, and uses a highly
wear-resistant worm gear transmission. The smooth transmission
makes the user's device more reliable. It adopts a worm drive,
multi-tooth contact can drive a larger load, and also has a static
self-locking function. The device can also be widely used in
construction machinery and new energy fields such as heavy-duty
flatbed trucks, container cranes, truck-mounted cranes,
high-altitude operating vehicles, solar power generation systems,
etc.
