Product description
Engine performance test bed is designed for engine fuel
consumption, power, heat load and other performance and control
strategy verification test, test bed is mainly composed of
mechanical part, control part and software part. Dynamometer adopts
special low inertia electric dynamometer, the system has high
dynamic characteristics, the platform is based on the vehicle
dynamics model, can reproduce the engine in the vehicle starting,
up (down) slope, increase (decrease) speed, high speed running
state. With a high degree of automation; Wide working range and
stable performance; Good man-machine interface; Easy to use and
maintenance. It is mainly used for automobile engine performance
test and control strategy validation test.
Function:
1, Test parameters: speed, torque, power, exhaust temperature, oil
temperature, oil pressure, outlet temperature, fuel consumption
rate
2. Print the test time and the above test parameters in tabular
form
3, Parameter display mode: liquid crystal display
4, Automatic control mode: constant position, constant speed,
constant torque
5, Control mode switching: no disturbance random dynamic switching
6, Engine speed characteristic test, load characteristic test,

7, Digital set speed, torque value, digital PID automatic control
(example: through the instrument digital set torque 2700N.M,
dynamometer in 5 seconds automatically loaded to 2700N.m)
