Advantages
Air bag is a rubber and fabric bladder that holds air pressure to
support a load and isolate passengers and cargo from the shock of
motion caused by road irregularities.
As the air pressure increases, the air spring can support more load
while the spring rate increases.The larger the air spring, the
greater the maximum load it can support.
Features: The 1B6374 can replace Contitech FS200-10. The air spring is
designed to maximize the carrying capacity, ride quality and
stability of each vehicle. Load support is provided by air
pressure, which can be adjusted for each load.
High performance: The air spring is a powerful actuator that can operate in a linear
or angular manner or be stacked to provide longer travel or greater
angular rotation.
High driving flexibility: Air springs can be used as load bearing parts of air suspension
systems in machines, cars and buses. As a result, the vehicle
remains at a fixed height regardless of the load.
Low-cost: In most cases, the initial cost of Air Spring is about 50% lower
than a more traditional pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder with the
same force. The bigger the size, the more you can save.
Compact starting height: Compared with the traditional cylinder, the shape of the
pneumatic actuator is smaller.
Comprehensive vibration isolation effect: The body structure of the air spring is soft, so it has a
