2. The quality warranty period shall be within 12 months from the date of completion of installation and debugging. If the subject matter is damaged and parts need to be replaced due to party A's factory reasons or improper operation, Party B shall only charge the cost of the replacement parts during maintenance and provide lifelong service.

3. After receiving the warranty notice, if the problem cannot be solved by phone or wechat video, the maintenance personnel must arrive at the site for service within 24 hours.

4. If our staff comes to your company's urban area (new machines are installed within 2 months in the Yangtze River Delta area), we will visit your company's workshop irregularly to provide services, record every problem reported by users, continuously improve products, and create maximum value for users.
