Brief introduction:
Safety work load 50t YG fit up rotators specially using for tank
sections assembling & automatic welding production line
Suitable for tank diameter 1000mm~5000mm with single section length
2000mm~3000mm;
Product description:
- The YG shift rotators are working with HGKZ fit up rotator & HGK
welding rotator(with motorized trolley) , composed as YG fit up
line specially for tank/vessel/tower sections assembly & growing
production line.
- The YG fit up rotators are composed by 4sets radial motion
cylinders, 1set vertical cylinder, 1set axial cylinder, 1set
vertical lift up V roller, hydraulic station & electric control
system.
- 2 assembling tank sections are put on YG fit up rotators working
bed. By multi direction adjustment oil cylinders motion, the joint
seam could be quickly aligned for tack welding & circumferential
seam welding.
- When the fit up & tack welding completed, the V roll lift up the
sections, working with HGK welding rotators, the sections are
conveyed backward easily. Another section will be placed in front
of the fit in section.
- Meanwhile welding the inner & outer circumferential seam.
- It is the optimal equipment to increase production
efficiency,insure production quality & decrease labor working
intensity.

Feature:
- Rotator base is made of welded plate,with feature of high strength
to make sure no deformation in long period using span.
- Rotator base & boring is integrated process,so as to guarantee the
roller rotating precision.
- Effectively regular the joint sections position on
axial/radial/vertical direction, highly boosting the fit up
efficiency
- Hydraulic driven with smooth, steady & stable working performance
- Special V lifting up roller using to take the assembled sections
moving away swiftly.
- For thin wall thickness & large diameter pipe fit up prodution, it
could highly improve the working efficiency.
- Completed structure is processed by temper destressing.It will be
pre-treatment before painting, one layer of zinc rich primer,two
layer of polyurethane finish.
