The Sdong polyurethane running track is eco-friendly, non toxic and

Prefabricated rubber track is undoubtedly the most recognized

Other details
1.The upper layer is heat-vulcanized honeycomb base,with special
structure angled in the direction of running,which differentiates
the biomechanical responsedepending on the type stress generated by
athletes.
2.The bottom layer has been specially designed to boost vertical
deformation,giving athletes a sense of comfort while training.

Process:
The cast polyurethane resin is prepared by mixing two components,
one a liquid polyol and the other an isocyanate in correct
proportions, add SBR granules and then blend at site to form a
viscous liquid compound. Then spread on to the base of the track by
paving machine, to the full thickness required. The liquid resin
mix is then given a textured finish by broadcasting specially
formulated colored EPDM rubber granules on the surface and allowing
the polyurethane to cure. Following cure, the excess surfacing
granules are removed. Finally go with the line marking.
