Introduction

Air shower rooms are local purification equipment, used for the removal of dust particles larger than 0.5μm brought in by people or goods when entering a high cleanliness clean room from a low cleanliness clean room. Air flow when opening the door may cause pollution, which is why an air shower room confines the airflow inside the room, thus preventing air pollution and minimizing pollution problems.

It is a required purification equipment for clean rooms and ladder cleanliness workshops, and is widely used in microelectronics, optoelectronics, semiconductors, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, aviation, and automotive industries, as well as many other product manufacturing workshops and laboratories.

Details

Filter system: Standard high efficiency paneled filter with an efficiency of 99.99% @0.5μm to ensure dust removal.

Nozzle: The wind velocity reaches as high as 20m/s. The material (stainless steel) is 1mm thick stainless steel and the diameter is 25mm. In a double sided shower, there are 6 nozzles on each side of a 1-meter deep air shower room, for a total of 12 nozzles. With 12 nozzles on each side of a 2-meter depth air shower room means there is a total of 24 nozzles, and the nozzle direction can be adjusted at multiple angles.

Box: Cold-rolled steel sheet with surface paint, electrostatic spray treatment on the surface of the steel sheet, stainless steel is also optional.

Door: The door is made using 201 stainless steel and equipped with a strong transparent glass window. Both doors have electronic interlocking functions to ensure that when the air shower room is in operation, both doors cannot be opened simultaneously, thus preventing pollution from entering the clean room.

Control system: The air shower room is controlled using advanced integrated circuits. The microcomputer has an intelligent voice prompt function and uses touch-type micro switches, for smooth, convenient operation.

Time relay: Adjust the air shower time between 0-99 seconds.

Motor: 0.75 KW for each motor.

Applicable power supply: 380V/50Hz.
