Summary:
High pressure resistant DN450mm end caps for hydrostatic fluid and
bursting test are designed and manufactured for internal
hydrostatic pressure and bursting test of pipes and fittings. It is
used to seal the sample in order to generate internal pressure in
the sample.
Structural composition:
Casting A-type structural fixture, without intermediate tie rods,
has super high pressure resistance.
It consist of semi circular base, O type silicone rubber seal ring,
pressure ring , fastening clamp, fastening bolts, compression bolts
and vent valve.
Application:
The high pressure resistant DN450mm end caps for hydrostatic fluid
and bursting test usually used to seal PVC, PE, PP-R, ABS,
composite pipe samples for hydrostatic test, bursting test,
negative pressure test, etc.
