Introduction:

The plug and socket endurance testing machine is designed according to the requirements of the corresponding clauses in IEC60884-1 and etc., which is used to assess the life of plugs and sockets for household and similar purposes. Connected with the load cabinet, the electrical life test of the plug and socket can be checked according to the standard. It is a necessary test machine for the quality inspection of products by the manufacturer of electrical accessories, the manufacturer of household appliances and the quality inspection department.
By changing the fixture, this machine can do the life test of the Button switch, rocker switch, toggle switch, rotary switch, and other switches, and plug and socket.

Application: This device is used for household and similar purpose fixed electrical appliance switch, plug and socket, coupler for on-off ability, breaking capacity and normal operation life test. To verify whether the switch, plug or socket can withstand normal use, any mechanical damage or electrical fatigue failure under normal operation, any contact adhesion phenomenon or long term closure or disconnection phenomenon, to test whether excessive wear or other harmful consequences.

Feature: Using aluminum alloy frame, stainless steel sealing plate, driven by the servo motor, precision ball screw and synchronous belt drive, 7 inch color touch screen operation and powerful digital display function, PLC control system. Can perform lift test to button switch, toggle switch, rocker switch, rotary switch, plug and socket. With corresponding control system, can perform loading test with load(resistive, inductive and capacitive). Preset test times, conduction current time (opening time), test speed, test trip and rotation angle (up to 15 angles). With current display function, can display the conducting current.

Feature: This device is with blue framework and gray cover. The top of this apparatus is the operation control panel on which there are switches for controlling power supply, for the electric capacity conversion and for the load type conversion. There are also the displaying meters of connecting current and voltage as well as power, the buttons of start and stop, alarm, the status indicator light and so on. Below are the according knobs for output voltage adjustment, for current adjustment and for inductance adjustment. There are three stations, each station has the function of resistive, inductive and capacitive Load test. The kind of load test can be chosen by the transferring switch. The load box inside is cooled by the strong wind convection. There are terminals below the load box through which the load box can be connected with the switch and plug-socket endurance tester using the wire. During the process of test, the equipment outputs the current and voltage as well as power.
