Liner pulls in
1) Before pulling in the hose, it is advisable to set up a roller
or fixed pulley at the wellhead and pipe orifice where the traction
direction is changed. The roller or fixed pulley should be
positioned and fixed with a lead screw. In the process of pulling
in the hose, the place that may be in direct contact with other
objects should be padded with protective film.
2) The connection between the hose and the winch traction wire rope
shall meet the following requirements:
The hoist shall be placed in the opposite well of the hose blanking
opening. The hoist shall be reliably specified, and the power-on
test shall be normal;
The universal hook shall be selected for the hook between the front
end of the hoist wire rope and the material connecting part to
ensure that the hose can smoothly enter the pipe during the
traction of the hoist;
Pull the steel wire rope through the pipe and connect with the hose
through the pull rope inserted during the bottom membrane
insertion.
3) Pretreatment of the hose before blanking
First, fold the two sides of the hose material with the end length
of about 0.5m inward by 1/3, then fold it longitudinally, and place
a lifting belt at the bottom of the folding line (the lifting belt
is connected with the winch hook);
The folded part shall be fastened with 2 straps, and the outside
shall be wrapped with a bottom film for protection,
4) Pull the hose. The hose pulled into the old pipe shall meet the
following requirements:
Start the hoist, the pulling speed shall be controlled within
5m/min, the inching operation can be carried out according to the
feeding condition of the hose, and the contact between the hose end
and the hoist operator shall be maintained. It is recommended to
use the interphone for real-time call control;
In the process of pulling in the hose, the operators at the end of
the hose shall ensure that the bottom film does not move, and check
the laying of the hose to see if it moves smoothly on the bottom
film;
When the length of the hose outside the well mouth is close to the
depth of the well, the winch shall be stopped, the tail of the hose
shall be fastened with the thick rope with a tie, and the thick
rope shall be tightened in the direction, and the winch shall be
started again until the tail of the hose exceeds the pipe mouth by
about 0.5m.
