The underground pipeline is very important for life.
With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the
modernization process is accelerating. On the one hand,
urbanization and modernization have brought great convenience to
people's life and improved people's quality of life, but there are
also some problems in the process of urbanization, especially the
drainage pipe network in urban infrastructure has not been well
maintained and developed, and there are great hidden dangers in
long-term high load operation, especially in the rainy season. As
far as the "July 12" rainstorm disaster in Beijing in 2012 and the
"July 20" rainstorm disaster in Zhengzhou in 2021 are concerned,
these rainstorms have brought huge losses of life and property to
people.
To a large extent, the reason is that the construction of urban
drainage facilities as urban infrastructure is not perfect and
fully played.
As an important part of urban drainage facilities, drainage
pipelines are prone to functional defects such as deposition and
scaling, and structural defects such as cracking and deformation
with the growth of operation years. Whether the drainage pipeline
is in good condition and whether its function is sound is directly
related to the quality of people's lives and the sustainable
development of the urban economy and society. In view of this, we
need to strengthen the effective detection of urban drainage
pipelines. However, affected by many factors, such as the number of
underground pipelines, the depth of buried points, the complexity
of the underground environment, and so on, the traditional
detection technology has been difficult to meet the actual needs of
the current underground pipe network detection.
Therefore, the use of CCTV pipeline detection equipment for CCTV
detection of pipelines came into being.
