Description
ERW straight seam welded pipe is generally used as wire bushing in
the power industry. Performance characteristics: 100% ultrasonic
testing of the base metal ensures the internal quality of the pipe
body;
No unwinding - disc cutting process, base metal compaction pit,
less scratches;There is basically no residual stress in finished
pipe after stress relief.The welding seam is short, the probability
of producing defects is small;
Can have the condition to transport moist acid natural gas;
After the diameter expansion, the steel pipe has a high geometric
accuracy.
The welding is carried out in the horizontal position along the
straight line after the forming is completed, so the staggered
edge, slit and pipe diameter circumference are well controlled, and
