Process of Instant Noodles Production:

Pour flour into the dough mixer, and at the same time input the mixed brine into the pan of the dough mixer through the brine measuring machine. The dough mixer is stirred at a medium speed to make the flour absorb water evenly and form a flocculent dough. The dough should have no raw flour and have good plasticity and extensibility.

Unload the dough into the ripen conveyor and leave it in a static state for 15-20 minutes to make the dough more mature, the water content is more uniform, and the gluten network is fully formed, which lays a good foundation for the next process of pressing. Pressing is to gradually press the matured dough through 9 pairs of rollers into a sheet with specified thickness. Pressing is divided into single-piece pressing and continuous pressing.
