What is a 2D finish on stainless steel?
2D is a dull, silver gray and non-reflective finish which results
from cold rolling followed by annealing and descaling, and may
perhaps get a final light roll pass through unpolished rolls. It's
widely used in the industry that may not concern the uniform of the
finish.
