Description of transformer core cutting machine HJX300

Automatic transformer core cutting machine HJX300 is one kind of cutter for cutting silicon steel, which can be used to make transformer cores and other similar products. The transformer core cutting machine can cut CRGO silicon steel with maximum width 300mm. With HMI interface, the transformer core cutting machine can be set to cut the silicon steel two times to cut beveled edges at both ends and punch a V-notch on the middle of the silicon steel. The transformer core cutting machine adopts single side positioning and manual width adjustment. The cutting machine adopts servo motor and control system based on PLC, which guarantees the precision of the machine’s action. Punching and cutting are driven by servo motor. AC servo system and controller are adopted in feeding system to realize precise determination of length.
