The 2,000-ton scrap metal baler is a large-scale hydraulic
machinery and is one of our special products. Our products are
mainly large and medium-sized hydraulic machinery and equipment,
which are mostly used in scrap metal recycling industry, metal
smelting industry, scrap car dismantling plants, etc. This baler is
a multifunctional baler, which can handle a wide variety of scrap
metal materials, such as scrap steel, scrap iron, scrap copper,
scrap stainless steel, scrap aluminum, etc. Scrap metal materials
as small as metal chips and shavings, as large as car shells, can
be packaged into blocks. The main cylinder pressure of this
Y81-2000 baler is 2000 tons, and it adopts hydraulic drive and PLC
automatic control system. The fuel tank is made of stainless steel,
which has good anti-corrosion, anti-rust effect and long service
life. Our balers have a variety of models to choose from: different
pressures (63 tons-2000 tons), material box size, package size,
etc. can be customized.

Application
The scrap metal baler can pack scraps into: scrap metal scraps
(scrap steel, scrap iron, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, scrap
stainless steel, steel shavings), waste oil drums, waste washing
machine shells and scrap car frames, etc. The packed waste bales
can be rectangular, cylindrical and octagonal. This Y81 series
metal baler is suitable for steel mills, scrap steel recycling
industries, and non-ferrous and ferrous metal smelting industries.
