TE160/TE161/TE162/TE163 plug control secondary brake hydraulic
station. This series hydraulic station is a new hydraulic control
system developed by our company for the mining industry. With its
optimized structure, accurate control and excellent anti-pollution,
it makes the work of the hydraulic system of the hoist more
reliable. It has been widely recognized by experts at home and
abroad and received unanimous praise in the majority of users.
Hydraulic station is an important safety and control component of
mine hoist. It combines with disc brake to form a complete brake
system, which provides adjustable pressure oil for disc brake and
enables the hoist to obtain different braking torque. Make mine
hoist run, speed regulation and stop normally. In the case of an
accident in the well, the oil pressure of the disc brake can be
rapidly reduced to a predetermined value. After a delay, all the
oil pressure of the disc brake can be rapidly returned to zero, so
that the lifting system is in a full braking state - that is, a
two-stage braking process.
Based on our traditional products, the new hydraulic station
optimizes the hydraulic circuit, reducing the components and
equipment failures they may bring. At the same time the use of
advanced domestic and foreign high-quality components, can reliably
achieve the established work requirements. The new hydraulic
