working process
Two hot liquid spray washing, one drip drying, two normal
temperature low concentration liquid spray washing, one drip
drying, two recycled water spray washing, one drip drying, two
finished product water spray washing, one drip Drying, in this
process, the outside of the barrel is also sprayed with the spray
head. Through the lifting device, all the spray heads are lifted
up, deep into the empty barrel, and the inside of the barrel is
sprayed and washed. The empty barrel after cleaning is sent to the
filling position through the automatic barrel lowering device, and
the filling is carried out. The overflowed water in the process
will return to the pure water tank to avoid the waste of finished
water. The filled vat is covered and capped by the conveyor chain
in sequence.
