A .Regarding output mode, is this set at the machine? Do you have
Instruction Manual on how to set up the parameters or what parameters
need to be set up? or you will already set it up at the factory before
delivery?
Answer: We have manual to teach how to set up the parameters , and before delivery ,our
factory already set up , and also you can set up by yourself . there will have manual send
together with products .
1. Also what do you mean by "failure" of PV ? does it mean that the PV
is damaged or power produced is very low because of cloudy days?
Answer: It means PV provide the power is low voltage for battery , main for nighttime or
cloudy days, pv provide energy is lower voltage than battery demand voltage , then
battery will provide power by AC power (on grid ) to charge. Battery charge need demand
range voltage , solar panel provide energy reach this range , then battery can charge.
1. If in PV priority, and there is PV failure, battery is still being
charged by PV or by Mains?
Answer: PV priority mean use solar panel energy first , this fuction is to save energy costs,
this system will charge by solar panel and discharge for appliance at same time. When PV
failure , will use AC power ( on grid ) to charge and provide energy to appliance .
1. I can not understand the difference of the PV Priority and Inverter Priority Output Mode. Hope you can explain better.
Answer:PV priority had explain by C questions , inverter priority output mode , mean PV
energy or AC energy both will though inverter , then provide energy to appliance . This
mean the appliance will control by this system to provide energy . Even no PV power , AC
power still need pass the inverter and then provide the energy to appliance.a. Are the protection devices replaceable if damaged
Answer: yes, it can replace if damaged , we can provide BMS board and teach you how to
replace by video ! But first, we need to know the damage reason , its not easy to damage ,
quality can be trusted .
1. How about the inverter if it is damaged? Can it be replaced?
Answer: Yes, inverter can replaced if damaged ! It is combined with different battery
model , so inverter can replace. Also if customer appliance power increase , also can add
inverter in parallel, 3KW is not enough, we can add 1 pcs , 3KW + 3KW , or 3KW +5KW in
parallel , total will be 6KW or 8KW or bigger power . And same as battery model , if
5.12KWH is not enough , can add more modules , we can add biggest 6 module for this
system, it is easy to operate. just need connect some wire . no need to replace housing.
