3rdly- OQC, 100% inspection before shipping out.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?

If for CNC machining, we can accept even 1pc to test quality; if plastic injection parts, since there would be mold cost, MOQ should be discussed between both parties to share the mold costs.
