surface treatment. If the surface treatment of parts does not meet
expectations, it will not only increase the cost, but also affect
the time to market of products.
YMP has rich experience in surface treatment of metal parts, and we
will choose suitable surface treatment process according to
different parts materials and uses.
The common surface treatments of YMP include: electroplating,
electrophoresis, painting, powder spraying, sand blasting,
polishing, shot blasting, laser engraving, etching, CD pattern,
silk screen printing, wire drawing, blackening, anodizing, hard
oxidation, thick film oxidation, micro-arc oxidation and so on. No

R: Usually the MOQ is 500, but we can discuss it in a different
order. The payments are 30% T/T as a deposit, and 70% before
delivery.
2. Q: How many kinds of products of aluminum do you have?
R: Our main products are aluminum profiles, sheet metal parts, CNC
machining parts, steel parts, brass parts, plastic parts, etc.
3. Q: Do the prices of all the colors the same with the same
surface treatment?
R: Not yet, about Powder coating, the bright-colored will be higher
than white or gray; about the Anodizing, the color will be higher
than silver, and black higher than colorful.
4. Q: Which way do you calculate the weight?
R: We can choose both theoretical weight and actual weight, based
on the client's requirements.
5. Q: How do you solve the problem of quality?
R: First of all, we have confidence in our products, because we
have our own raw material factory, and goods will be passed very
strict inspection, of course, there is a little damage in the
delivery which can’t be avoided. If you find lots of goods have a
big quality problem and really be caused by our factory production,
we can compensate for your loss by negotiation.
