1. Application
The Laying up Machine is used for cabling the multi core ( 3-7 ),
rubber cables, plastic power cables, telephone cables, control cables, PVC cable, XLPE cables with or without steel
armouring, mining cables, low and medium low voltage power
cables.Stranding the round cables, sector shaped cables with back
twist or without back twist.
2. Features
2.1 Laying-up Machine is designed with 3 / 1+3 / 1+1+3 / 3+3 Bobbin
Cage.
2.2 Core laying up machine, main shaft is supported with roller
bearings.
2.3 The main shaft adopts large-diameter thick wall seamless steel
pipe and the whole shaft has no joint, which fully meets the
bearing requirements, improves concentricity and reduces the
failure rate.
2.4 The reinforced super large independent brake disc is equipped with
powerful brake caliper, which is firmly connected with the main
machine, with large action diameter and good braking effect.
2.5 The machine does not supporting roller, so there is no maintenance
and no noise. At the same time, it also solves the contradiction
between supporting roller lubrication and brake affected.

2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of
