Turning Features:
Turning is a method of cutting a workpiece on a lathe using the
rotation of the workpiece relative to the tool. Turning is the most
basic and common cutting method. Most workpieces with revolving
surfaces can be processed by turning methods, such as inner and
outer cylindrical surfaces, inner and outer conical surfaces, end
faces, grooves, threads, and rotary forming surfaces. Common lathes
can be divided into horizontal lathes, floor lathes, vertical
lathes, turret lathes and profiling lathes, most of which are
horizontal lathes.

A: Generally, the sample lasts for 1-2 weeks and the mass
production lasts for 3-4 weeks.

A: After the quotation, if needed, you can ask for samples to check
quality. We are willing to provide you with a sample for quality
and function testing.
Q: How can I get the price?
A: We need drawings, quantity and any other specific requirements.
Q: What’s your production time?
A: Generally, we need 5~10 days for prototype orders, but it can be
shortened for urgent orders.
Q: How to transport my products?
A: If the goods are less than 200kg, we suggest using express
delivery. We have long-term cooperation with FedEx/DHL/UPS and
enjoy many discounts. If the goods are more than 200kg, we can
arrange the shipment as per the customer’s requirements.
