Hot Rolling Magnesium Alloy Welding Wire 6mm Magnesium Wire Price
Introduction:
Magnesium alloy welding wires are used for various forging
magnesium alloys and casting magnesium alloys. They are widely used
in welding of optical instruments, aerospace, automotive
accessories and civilian magnesium products and crafts.
Magnesium alloys are composed of magnesium and other metals. The
main component is magnesium. The commonly used transmotic magnesium
alloy magnesium accounted for 90%or more. Other metals contain
other elements such as aluminum, zinc, manganese, and crickets.
Magnesium alloys have the advantages of light weight, high
strength, good shock absorption, good thermal fatigue performance,
difficulty in aging, and good thermal conductivity, strong
electromagnetic shielding ability, very good die casting process,
especially easy to recycle, which is a replacement. Steel, aluminum
alloy and new generation of high -performance structural materials
for engineering plastics.

Use
Magnesium alloys and casting magnesium alloys are widely used in
the welding of optical instruments, automotive accessories and
civilian magnesium products and crafts. It is a special magnesium
compound welding wire for welding and repairing magnesium alloy
fracture, cracks, and needle -eye air pores.
Magnesium alloy has a good earthquake resistance and can withstand
a greater impact load than aluminum, so there are many forging and
casting products abroad.
Advantage:
1. Scaled stability: This is one of the characteristics of
magnesium. When it takes out from the mold, the product only needs
to cast stress for the residual casting, so it does not need to
anneal and dehuminate the need. In the case of loading, this metal
can also appear well resistant to creep characteristics. For
example, AM die castings accept 100 hours under the condition that
0.1%to 0.5%are only 0.1%to 0.5%.
2. Outstanding cutting performance: Magnesium has better processing
and cutting characteristics than aluminum and zinc, which promotes
magnesium to become the most easy -to -cut metal data.
3. High shock absorption performance: Magnesium has excellent
stagnation shock absorption performance, which can absorb vibration
and noise. This is very important to use as a device shell to
reduce noise transmission, and supply anti -impact and anti -outer
damage damage.
4. Light weight: Under equal rigid conditions, the strong degree of
one pound of magnesium is equivalent to 1.8 pounds of aluminum and
2.1 pounds of steel. Together, magnesium can produce the same
cluttered parts as aluminum, but the weight is only one -third
lighter than the latter. The above characteristics are crucial
about some modern products. Regarding vehicles, this feature will
significantly reduce its launch inertia and save fuel consumption.
