API 11E Forging Oil Well Pumping Units Anti Corrosion

Pumping unit is a kind of machinery and equipment for oil exploitation, commonly known as "kowtow machine", which makes oil come out of the well by pressurizing. When the pumping unit upstrokes, the tubing elastically shrinks and moves upward, driving the mechanical plug removal oil extractor to move upward, impacting the sliding sleeve to produce vibration; At the same time, the positive single flow valve is closed, and the variable diameter piston assembly blocks the oil. When the pumping unit is under stroke, the elastic extension of the oil pipe moves downward, driving the mechanical plug removal oil extractor to move downward, impacting the sliding sleeve to produce vibration; At the same time, the reverse single flow valve is partially closed, and the reducing piston assembly still blocks the annular oil passage of the oil jacket, forming a high-pressure area under the reverse single flow valve. This movement produces a reverse impact on the oil flow passage in the formation.
