The biological filler produced by our company is a specially selected polymeric plastic biological filler, which is designed according to the scientific idea and processed by a unique process. Its specific gravity is slightly lighter than that of water (0.97). When the biofilm grows, its specific gravity is similar to that of water, and it is suspended in the wastewater. The
filler has a huge area, with a surface area of 5002/m3. Although the microorganism on the biological filler is in the mode of attachment and growth, it is suspended in the wastewater like the micelle in the activated sludge process with the flow of the biological filler. Under certain conditions, the maximum volumetric load of the filler can reach 35kgeod/2d. Based on the unique design of biological packing, the relative residence time of air in wastewater is prolonged, the oxygen charging efficiency is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced, which has direct economic benefits.
