Product Description
This Herb Drying Oven is suitable for the material anda product
heating, solidification, drying and dehydration of drugs,
chemicals, food, agricultural and sideline products, marine
products, e.g. raw medicines, crude drugs, traditional Chinese
medicines prepared
in ready-to-use forms, extracturms, powders, granular drugs,
packing bottles, pigments, dyestuffs, vegetables, melons and
fruits, sausages, plastic resins, electronic components
and coatings.
Main Features
1) The hot sources can be steam, electricity, far infrared, or
system+electricity. Customers can select one of the heat ways in
accordance with practical conditions.
2) Temperature of operation: 50-140°C for steam heating, Maximum
temperature will be 150°C
3) 50-500°C for electricity or far infrared
4) There are automatic and computer control systems for customers
selection
5) The normal pressure of system will be 0.2-0.8Mpa(2-8kg/cm2)
6) The equipped power of electric heater will be 15kw calculated
with Model 1 and the preational power to used will be 5-8w/h
7) If have special requirement, please indicate in order
8) The price of non-standard oven shall be discussed additionally
9) If the operation temperature is more than 140°C or less than
60°C, please indicate in order.
10) The size of drying troll and tray is standardized. They can be
exchanged each other.
Characteristics:
1. High-quality cold rolling steel electrostatic spraying exterior.
2. Stainless steel or cold rolling sheet inner chamber,
semicircular arcs at corners for easy cleaning, space between
shelves is adjustable.
3. Temperature Control System can select pointer type or an
intelligent temperature controller. Intelligent temperature
controller with PID controller program, dual digital display,
light-touch operation button, with function of timing of
operation(0-9999min), fixed temperature operation, over-temperature
alarm, automatically stop.
4. High quality heat isolation door with wide hollow tempered glass
observation window, adjustable air-tight buckle lock and silicon
rubber seal. Optional accessories: Shelves, RS485 interface,
printer, recorder, External Communication, remote control, Program
temperature control device, wireless SMS alarm, USB data storage.
