Description:
UL-94 Flame Retardant Tester is used for the flammability testing
of plastic materials such as V-0 V-1 V-2, HB, HF-1 HF-2, material
or foam, and used in consumer electric devices and appliances for
flammability rating assessment. Such as insulating housing of
household appliances, switch panel, the printed circuit board and
insulating material etc.
Basic principle:
When the product is on fire around, it should be ensured that it
does not cause the spread of combustion. Bunsen burner (Bunsen
burner) and specific gas source (methane), according to a certain
flame height and a certain angle of flame application to the
horizontal or vertical state of the test product timed to ignite a
number of times, the test product ignition, burning duration and
burning length to assess its flammability and fire risk.
