Nylon mesh is available in standard and FDA compliant grades for food contact and is silicone free for use in paint and automotive applications. In addition, nylon mesh filters in lower micron configurations can be sewn with bound seams to provide fiber free filtration and prevent bypass from the needle holes.

Polypropylene monofilament mesh bags are available in 1 – 800 microns which it's designed specifically for aggressive applications and abrasive process fluids. The wide chemically resistant polypropylene monofilament mesh is woven with precision using large diameter fibers to ensure durability. Polypropylene mesh bags are FDA compliant materials suitable for food contact.
