1. The mechanical part of the electronic control box lock

The main mechanical parts inside the lock consist of hooks and stops.

Both pieces are made of powder metallurgy copper infiltration process, and the hardness reaches HRC15-HRC25 after blackening oil immersion treatment, and the measured hardness is HRC23

When the door is closed, the impact force is 100-150N, and the powder metallurgy can reach more than 5000 times without breaking.

With an impact force of 30-50N when closing the door, powder metallurgy can reach more than 200,000 times without breaking.
