Description
AD009-08 is a small-capacity single-chip microcomputer with infrared remote control. It can save crystal oscillator, triode, and capacitor. It is packaged in SOP16 and supports up to 91 buttons. It is mainly used for the development of a single infrared remote control product.

AD009-041 is a 4-bit OTP microcontroller dedicated to infrared remote control, including 2K*12bits ROM, 32*4bits SRAM, built-in RC oscillation and infrared emission drive circuit, using SOP16 package, can support 66 key inputs, less peripheral components , stable quality and performance, mainly suitable for the development of infrared remote control products in the high-end market.
