Mechanical Properties
1, The machine is controlled by plc and touch screen, and it can
also be operated by switches and buttons. Main operation function
include: automatic adjustment by data setting for side baffle
board,glue wheel,box folding,back side alignment. Rest of the
adjustment is done by electric control or digital display. Easy
adjustment and quick order change will be achieved.
2, Automatic paper feeding,automatic glue application,automatic
folding automatic alignment,automatic counting and automatic
stacking.
3, Adopting suction belt for cardboard feeding. Neat
structure,quick response,accurate feeding.
4, Adopting pre-scoring function and twice scoring function. It
ensures more accurate folding performance.
5, Adopting twice alignment function. It solves the problem of
uniform finishing and reduce the wastage.

Paper feeding section - suction belt feeding
1) There are suction holes on the paper feeding belt, and vacuum
suction assists paper feeding.

electromagnetic brake system, which independently controls the

feeding and facilitates control.
