ZSP-A SUS316 4800BPH Fully Automatic Liquid Soap Detergent Filling
Machine is the new-generation improved volumetric filling machine
which is Suitable for material: agrochemical SC,pesticide
,dishwasher ,the oil kind ,softener ,detergent cream class contour
viscosity materials.
The whole machine uses the in-line structure and it is driven by
the servo motor. Volumetric filling principle can realize the high
precision of filling. It is controlled by the PLC, human interface
and easy operation. The machine is equipped with electric scale
weight feedback system which makes the volume adjustment easier. it
is a nice choice for foodstuff, pharmacy, cosmetic and chemical
industries.

Features
1.Stainless steel and sanitary pipes are used, and the connection
parts are all fast-connected.
2.The servo motor control belt drives the submerged filling mode of
the filling head operation.
3.It can also adopt the de-cylinder structure, which can completely
empty the material in the material tank, effectively avoiding
cross-contamination of materials, and replacing the sealing ring is
more convenient and quick.
4.The latest PTFE technology piston seals improve wear resistance,
longer service life and lower maintenance costs.
5.Single-row layout cylinders and fast change-over fixing method
which is very easy for cylinder disassembling and the sealing parts
cleaning inside.
