>Structure and function
The closed sludge dewatering equipment is mainly used for the
pretreated manure slurry
Dehydration, fully airtight design, consists of casing, dynamic and
static rings, extrusion screw, drive motor, and flushing device.
Mainly used for dehydration of manure slurry after pretreatment,
and solid content of manure residue after dehydration
It can reach more than 40% DS, the slurry COD is reduced by more
than 90%, and the SS is removed.
Except for more than 95%.
>Equipment Features
Sophisticated manufacturing process, the whole machine is made of
stainless steel and subjected to pickling and passivation
treatment.
The structure design is strict, the running speed is low, the noise
is small, and the mechanical operation is stable.
