The first step is to mechanically filter the slurry material
through the sludge receiving device, and the process consists of
simple filtration and sand removal filtration.
The second step is to carry out continuous mechanical dewatering
treatment of the slurry material through the screw press dewatering
machine.
The complete mechanical pretreatment is completed by the first two
steps. Although the treated filtrate still contains a large amount
of dissolved pollutants, it can be directly discharged into the
urban sewer system under normal circumstances.
