1.Q: Where is your company located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Taizhou City, China. About 3 hours
train from Shanghai.
2.Q: Can I get sample and how long will it take?
A: Yes. We can supply sample. And you need to pay for the sample
and courier. About 10days after receiving the payment, we will send
it out.
3. Q: What's the MOQ?
A: For sampels, we don't have MOQ; for trial orders, MOQ is 50 pcs;
for bulky orders, it will be at least a 20'GP container
4. Q: Can I have my own customized product?
A: Sure, we are an ODM factory. With own ebike R&D team, we can
assist you in developing your ideas.
5. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes. Different models can be mixed in one container.
6. Q: What's the delivery time?
A: For samples, it will be about 15-25 days; for bulky orders, 65
to 70 days will be enough.
