Raw material:

Our raw materials is SPCC from HBIS, this steel sheet has a uniform thickness and a smooth surface that contributes to later bending, painting and prolong the use life of products. The thickness tolerance is only minus 0.02MM.

The raw materials used in traditional factories are steel strips. The thickness error is large. The error is 20 filaments (0.2mm), the surface will appear wavy lines and resulting in errors in bending angles, and the surface is uneven after painting and will cause product quality instability.

When it comes to the weight, the strip has a large error and the actual weight is much smaller than the theoretical weight, so the actual cost will be much smaller.

Powder:

We use Leka powder. Its powder passed the inspection and certification of SGS. The content of heavy metals and carcinogens does not exceed the standard.

The front is impacted with a 50kg cone-shaped film impactor, and the opposite side is impacted with a 30kg cone-shaped film impactor. There will not appear any cracks. Thus it can be seen that our powder has strong adhesion.

Commonly cabinets on the market will generally have surface bumps and off-powder in three to five years. These are all indications that the adhesion of powder is not strong.

The color fastness of the Leka powder is lasting. By testing, the indoor powder can stay in the sun for 500-700 hours without discoloration. And the outdoor powder can stay in the sun for up to 1200-1500 hours. Most of the steel furniture is used in the indoor powder.

We use the powder for cabinet is 3-5 yuan higher than traditional one.

Welding:

Projection welding: back top strengthen, back bottom strengthen, door, top, bottom and beam.

CNC welding: point side, support chip. The advantages of the above welding are high efficiency and solder joints evenly.

Spot welding: Short heating time, heat concentration, but the force is unevenly.

Two welding protection: cabinet frame, corner

Laser welding: main welding angles, increased strength, thin edge welding, and top plates and panels for mobile cabinets.

Spraying:

The traditional phosphating process, phosphorus content of metal surface is high, heavy metal exceeds the standard, not environmentally friendly.

And we adopt the ceramic process, after the ceramic (degreasing and rust removing ) - washing - passivation (do not in the air to get rusty ) - spraying - curing these steps

The ceramic process is more environmentally friendly and the water treatment costs are lower in the later period (sewage discharge reaches the three-level standard).

Our spraying uses electrostatic spraying. The spraying gun adopts the German Golden Horse/Taiwanese brand. The gun is good, the spraying is uniform, the static electricity is large, and the plastic powder is not easy to fall off.

The powder recycling system adopts a large cyclone recycling system, which has a high recovery rate and can make secondary use of the ground powder. The entire recovery is carried out in a closed environment. The powder will not produce secondary pollution. The recovery system use the negative pressure environment.

The traditional adopt coal furnace heating, we use solidified natural gas heating, there will be no combustion particles attached to the cabinet surface (powder spot ).
